Phina
Time is running out.
Without her sacred pocket watch, the Phoenix cannot
complete her rebirth ritual. But where did she lose it?
To find out where it went, she.. opens a pawn shop?
Will somebody find her pocket watch and try to sell it back
to the Phoenix before it's too late?
Run the pawn shop, polish up old antiques to sell,
meet the townspeople and find that pocket watch!

The game features a minigame where you can buy old antiques, polish them up, and then sell them for profit depending on how well they were cleaned.
There are two main NPCs who you can talk to, who will affect the ending of your game.
There are 4 different endings in total, depending on how you play.
If you struggle to earn enough Gold to buy more antiques, speak to the farmer by the tent to the upper left. She will let you whack weeds on her field in exchange for Gold.
There is also an option for New Game+ where you can use the Gold you accumulated throughout the game to spend on small upgrades for the polishing minigame and the weed whacking area.

I recently played this game. I need to finish it but I found this super cute! I like the spriting style most of all. The mini-games give it a nice touch and I hope to solve what happened to Phina's Amulet!
UPDATE: I finished the game and found the ending especially cute and funny! I think the ending credits track is my favorite in this playlist! I hope you make more with these characters soon!

Very impressive game. Great music and characters. Although it is short, the game has the start of an impressive RPG. Who are the phoenix people and who gave them the amulets? Fascinating.
I have suffer from arthritis so played terribly but it was fun.

This was very cute! I think you did a great job on it. The graphics are really adorable and well made, I loved the cleaning mini-game more than I thought I would, and it's precious. Phina's portrait is also very good. I love it.
Also an aside, I love how big the font text is. This is such a weird comment, but it was clear and easy to read and so many games I've been playing have been hard for me to read.

First thing that caught my attention when I started playing was the music selection. It gives off a light hearted and whimsical tone that fits this slice of life game very well. It makes me smile listening to it.
The plot is amusing and hilarious, I didn’t expect it at all and I like it! There are 4 endings and I got the best one on my first play. My favorite plot point was the motivation of the MC to start up a pawn shop. It was a smart choice considering what she was trying to find.
The whack a weed mini game, while simple, is a nice addition when paired with the main polishing mechanic. It’s relaxing to slowly tap away at the weeds after the rapid button spam I did! I also ended up super rich thanks to the farmer’s miraculously regenerating weeds.
The town is small and I wish there was more flavor dialog from the other NPCs, but that is expected for a game jam title. I can certainly see this game expanding into a full relaxation type game that spans across a month with the mystery of the plot revealing itself as you befriend the townsfolk.
This is a fun and cute game, recommend playing it~!
P.S The small smile MC’s sprite does during the credits is the most precious thing ever and I want to protect her (her and her well-toned abs)
